victoriapeak! In light of a recent lengthy discussion, we the mod team would like to take some time to address a few small changes we're implementing. Changes in the following rules are bolded.

HIATUSESHiatus periods cannot go beyond two weeks.
Hiatuses taken in the last week of the month will no longer exempt a muse from monthly activity requirements unless discussed with the mods. Extensions may be given, if requested.

ACTIVITYWe'd like to clearly state once and for all that introduction posts have never been and will never be counted as discussion posts to count for monthly activity.
Activity requirements include any ONE of the following:
- 1 non one-liner discussion post to the main community (not to be used two consecutive months)
- 1 participated log or thread posted to
thepeak_rp - 1 hosted community-wide event
Activity requirements for faction leaders include the above in ADDITION to either ONE of the following:
- 1 event (community-wide or faction-wide)
- 1 open thread (must be able to involve more than 1 other muse)

GRACE PERIODNew muses accepted between the
21st to the end of the month are exempt but not discouraged from completing activity check for said month.

MUSE TAGSCustom muse tags have been created and added in
thepeak_rp for all current muses, and we'll continue to create tags for all future muses. Please remember to include them in future posts alongside the usual tags.
These changes will take effect at the time of this post.
Additionally, we would like to apologise for the lack of main mod-driven plot these past few months, and have taken steps to ensure a more immersive experience from here on out. In other words, we've got some big plans coming your way, and hope you'll enjoy taking part in them!
